ABOUT THE CHEF
Beth Kirsch has always loved chocolate, but she never planned on becoming a chocolatier. Instead, she spent much of her professional life producing children’s media for PBS, earning three Emmy Awards along the way. Her focus on creating artisan chocolates happened by accident, when she tried—and failed—to make chocolate Eiffel Towers with a mold she bought in Paris. This sparked her interest in learning how to make delicious chocolates, beginning with a three-hour class in Boston.

Kirsch experimented on her own for a few years before getting serious about chocolate, undertaking a chocolate internship and ultimately training as a Master Chocolatier in France, at the Valrhona École du Grand Chocolat. Just two years later, Kirsch won three international awards for her chocolates, from the prestigious Academy of Chocolate in London.

Kirsch makes chocolates that look beautiful, taste extraordinary, and offer a moment of pure bliss when you experience them. She produces all her chocolates in small batches, with high-quality Valrhona chocolate and fresh ingredients, such as home-roasted espresso beans and homemade fruit purées. Her unique confections celebrate the exquisite pleasure of fine chocolate.
