Growing up traveling the globe, Chef Sid developed a deep appreciation for foods of the world. Through he journeys to 6 continents and 39 countries, he experienced a wide range of international cuisines and local customs firsthand. Chef Sid has been on a mission to share his knowledge of food traditions and passion for cooking throughout Boston.

Great chef
Chef Sid was amazing! He had such a fun personality and was very attentive to all of the details to make sure we enjoyed. The whole group had a blast and learned some great cooking tips and techniques. The food was also delicious! Highly recommend!!

Incredible Cook
Tanya has a wonderful personality! She was very attentive to each one of us and made sure we experienced all as individuals and as a group. We had such a great time. I would definitely recommend her!

Simply Amazing
Sid is such a sweetheart, she knows what she's doing and how to explain it best to you. Getting to know her was the best part, and her chicken Marsala, was SO good, I almost licked my plate. I was so happy that I could go home and make it myself! What a treat. I would take a class from her any day.

Great time with Chef Sid
Really a great experience! There are too many good things to say about our (my girlfriend's and my) experience with chef Tanya during my girlfriend's birthday so I will try and break it down into parts so that I don't ramble on forever! Food: Food prep and cooking was a lot of fun as well as delicious! Chef Tanya's knowledge and experience showed through food prep demonstrations and the history behind ... more some of the food names and techniques we covered. We came away from the experience having a fun time and learning a lot of useful things while we were at it! She also did a great job telling us where to find certain ingredients and tools as she was working with them so we could remake everything on our own without any problems in the future.
