Chef Joe Maglio will teach how to cook chicken piccata - a delicious, light, and easy to prepare dish. Add to that a traditional Italian salad, and we guarantee you will have a delicious experience your family and friends will talk about for years to come.

2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Italian Salad

1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped shallots
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp fresh basil
1 tbsp fresh parsley
