Disappointed about a recent Class Experience

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the Sunday Brunch in a Crunch cooking class I recently attended.

While I was initially excited about the class, several issues affected my experience:

The class seemed disorganized, with a lack of structure. For instance, we didn't receive a clear agenda or recipe handouts beforehand, which made it challenging to follow along.

Some of the quantity of ingredients was not clear, and there was a problem with the breakers that were going off. In addition to the power problems, the staff left a pot to fill with water which proceeded to overflow to the point at which water reached the floor. This led to delays and a lack of opportunity to practice certain skills.

I also noticed that the kitchen area wasn't as clean as expected, which raised concerns about hygiene and safety.

I understand that occasional issues can arise, but I believe these points need addressing to improve the overall experience for future participants. I would appreciate it if you could look into these matters and consider ways to enhance the class structure and support.

Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I look forward to your response and hope to see improvements in future classes.

Really fun cooking class!

The brunch class was really fun and lively. It had a lot of great options (mixing drinks, blueberry ricotta whipped cream, French toast and chicken and waffles) that were fun to make and delicious! Everyone was super nice and Chef John was an excellent host! Would highly recommend!

Sunday Brunch Fun

Having attended other classes at Self Up, we were heartened to hear that a Sunday brunch class had been added. We were confident that with Chef John Peredina teaching it would be lively and delicious. Chef John is as confident teaching the food and techniques as he is making sure everyone has a great time. There was a LOT of
tasty food to be cooked and our group was more than up to the task. What a great way to have Sunday brunch. Five Stars!
