2 tablespoons blended oil
quarter cup chopped onion
half cup white wine
sprig fresh thyme
12 oz mushrooms 2 types
4-6 cups vegetable or chicken broth heated

2 lemons
1 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp Capers
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Italian Salad

Together we will also create an amazing seasonal salad. But that's not all, Chef Joe will take the experience a step farther by teaching you how to make the most delicious homemade mashed potatoes you will ever taste!

2 lb ground beef 90% or leaner
two eggs
one cup breadcrumbs
quarter cup onion diced small
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
2 tablespoons of ketchup
salt and pepper

2tbsp. Brown sugar

2# Idaho potatoes ( Peeled and diced about 1 inch by 1 inch, this can be done a day ahead of time and held in water in a refrigerator)
1bulb garlic optional( For roasted garlic mashed)
1/2c. Milk or cream
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
Loaf pan or casserole
