Chef Gary was truly awesome. My wife decided to surprise me with french cooking class. At first, I was a little hesitant about it but then I ended up having a blast! Would 100% go back and try the other classes.

SO FUN!

My boyfriend & I did the French bistro cooking class on Friday night and it was SO fun! It was a nice small class with only 6 people, and our chef was so awesome! We will definitely be back.

Best day of my vacation

7/24/2022 I have wanted to make my own pasta for some time but thought it would be too much for me. We were greeted with a nice space and a charcuterie and drinks. (Beer, wine, water and sparkling waters) We were introduced to the Chef and other instructors. They each had an important role in teaching. Today, Chef Gary Gianchetti made me a believer in doing it myself. We created our own mozzarella first of all, and was taught how to make and cut pasta. It was very hands on with a really fun group of people. The process was shown to us and then we were to do it ourselves. Great directions. We had lots of laughs and conversations while we enjoyed a family style meal beginning with a salad with the mozzarella balls we made. Next was the delicious ravioli WE had made with San Marzan tomatoes and basil sauce. After that was placed on the table the fettuccini we made in chicken Marsala. Then to top it off was the tiramisu that each of us made first thing and refrigerated. An exciting learning experience. I recommend you do this for sure!

Excellent Experience!

We had a wonderful time at the French Bistro class. Gianna was an awesome instructor! She created a welcoming environment and guided us through the process of cooking filet mignon, veggies, and crème brûlée. The food was delicious and everyone left with full stomachs and smiles on their faces. Highly recommend!
