2 lb of boneless chicken breast (pounded 1/4 inch)
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons chopped shallots
1/4 cup white wine
2 lemons
1 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp Capers
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Italian Salad
lettuce

red onion

shaved Parmesan cheese
1 tsp chopped garlic

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup oil

Peach Blueberry Sangria Mocktail

· 2 cups blueberries

· ½ cup fresh mint, plus more for garnish

· 2 peaches, sliced

· 3 cups white grape juice

· 3 cups seltzer water

· ¼ cup Pompeian Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

If you do not plan to make additional batches of cocktails later, you may buy the smallest available bottles of alcohol, bitters and syrup 

Sparkling Cava Cocktail

· St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur

· Sparkling Wine (Spanish Cava Brut or another one is fine) 

· Fresh Lime Juice

· Simple syrup

· Peychaud’s Bitters or Regular Bitters

Old Fashioned

Together we will also create an amazing seasonal salad. But that's not all, Chef Joe will take the experience a step farther by teaching you how to make the most delicious homemade mashed potatoes you will ever taste! 2 lb ground beef 90% or leaner
two eggs
one cup breadcrumbs
quarter cup onion diced small
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
