Dumpling varieties include: 

• Dim Sum Style Dumplings filled with savory pork and tender veggies, either steamed or pan fried.
• Chicken & Dumplings soup
• Pot Stickers stuffed with pork and cabbage
• Shumai with shrimp and mushrooms
